Top rated uses only visible reviews, which come from players whose booking at that facility was completed. A facility needs at least 3. To stop a couple of perfect scores outranking dozens of great ones, we use a weighted (Bayesian) score: each facility starts with 5 “average” reviews at the mean of all reviews on the site, then its own reviews are added.
Most booked counts completed bookings that started in the last 30 days, including bookings the facility entered itself.
Most events counts approved events (open play, clinics, tournaments, socials) starting in the past 90 days or the next 90 days. Cancelled events don't count.
Only approved facilities are ranked, and facilities marked TEST never are.
